Services are scheduled by appointment only.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 10 minutes before your massage to allow time to get comfortable.

PAYMENT

Cash or check is preferred but Visa/MasterCard credit cards welcome too.

Also accept Venmo, Apple Pay and Zelle.

Payment is due at time of service.

HSA/FSA accounts

I accept FSA/ HSA debit cards.

I use Merchant Classification Code (MCC) 8099 ‘Medical Services and Health Practitioners, Not Elsewhere Classified.’ HSA/FSA cards may have restrictions as to what Merchant Classification Codes are accepted. If your card is not covered under MCC 8099, please contact your card issuer in order to determine the options moving forward, as coverage is dependent upon the specific HSA/FSA plan.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 

• If a client is later than their scheduled start of service, the end time of the service will not be adjusted and cancellation is up to the therapists’ discretion.     

• If a client misses their appointment without prior notice, they must pay ahead for their next scheduled appointment. If the appointment is not rescheduled, I reserve the right to send an invoice for the amount of the missed service.
